UNN holds 41st convocation ceremonies

The University of Nigeria Nsukka has released a week long programme of events for its 41st convocation ceremonies.
Over 10,000 granduands are expected to convocate in the 41st convocation ceremonies that has been slated for January 23, 2012 - January, 29 2012.
The event will be flagged off with the Vice-Chancellor’s press briefing on the 23rd of January 2012 ,this will be followed by an Arts Exhibition and the 41st convocation public lecture to be delivered by Dr Josef Shevel, president, Galilee international management institute, Nahalal Israel.
Former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo GCFR, will be on hand to deliver the guest lecture with the theme “Education and development” on the 26th of January 2012.
The conferment of first degrees and certificates on the graduands will be done on the 28th of January 2012.
The convocation ceremonies will be rounded off with an Inter-denominational church service on the 29th of January 2012 at the Christ church chapel, University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
